Where can I see a breakdown of my team members and associated costs?

You can manage your team members from your Account Settings, by selecting which team you want to edit. When you start the upgrade process, you'll be able to review your member count.

How can I change who has admin privileges?

Currently, only the person who created the team has admin privilege. For now, please contact us if you would like to change your team admin.

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes. The owner of the team will receive an email from Stripe (our payment processor) at the end of every billing period.

Who can upgrade the team's plan?

Currently, only the person who created the team can upgrade the plan. If you would like to change who this person is, please contact us

How do I cancel my paid plan?

In your account settings, select the team's plan you would like to cancel, and press "Update information". You will be redirected to Stripe (our payment processor) where you will click on the "Cancel Plan" button.

Do you have a discount for schools or classrooms?

Yes we do! Please contact us.

Do you have a discount for non-profits?

Yes we do! Please contact us.

Do participants need an account to join a workshop?

Nope! Participants can join from any browser by clicking the workshop invite link.

Do I need an account to host training sessions?

You will need an account to design and host training sessions.
